We are a dog-friendly facility. The pet fee is $75 per stay. If you dog is left unattended in the room, they must be securely kenneled. If you dog barks excessively while left alone, you will be asked to remain with your pet or take them with you when you leave the room.

The card may be charged if you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date or if you cancel within the applicable cancellation period. For guests staying 13 days or less, stayover housekeeping service is provided every Monday and Thursday. For guests staying 14 days or longer, housekeeping is provided once per week. If you need additional service during your stay, please contact the front desk for assistance.

Trash chutes are located across from Rooms 302 and 402. Recycling bins are located near the loading dock on Level 2 of the building. When disposing trash, please press button to open the trash chute before placing your garbage inside.

Using the in-room washer/dryer is quick and convenient. Simply open the door and load your clothes, then close the door securely. Press the Power button, turn the dial to select your desired wash cycle, and press Start/Pause to begin. The machine automatically washes and dries your laundry, so there is no need to transfer clothes between cycles. For your convenience, laundry detergent and fabric softener are preloaded and ready to use

No. Our building is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including all guest rooms, balconies, and common areas. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Public parking is available in the Skywalk Medical District Ramp – Lakeside, located at 302 E. 1st Street, Duluth, MN 55805. Daily parking is available for $15 per day, and monthly parking options are offered based on availability.
