Construction of The Lakeview at 333 Superior is expected to be complete in Fall of 2025.

The premium apartments will have a view of the lake while the standard apartments will face the courtyard and hillside.

We are currently in the process of hiring an Operations Management company to oversee the leasing of The Lakeview. If you are interested in leasing an apartment, please fill out the Future Residents form to be put on our waitlist and you will be contacted once leases are available.

Residential Tenant Occupancy is currently expected to be Fall of 2025. We will continue to update this answer as the building progresses and we have more information.

There will be a pet spa including a dog wash, and directly connecting to an outdoor dog run available to all of our tenants with furry family members.
