Arrival is located on the first floor of the building. Please check in at the concierge desk, and we will send you a code to your phone. This code will give grant you access to all necessary areas of the building.

Open to Guesthouse visitors Foundry Wellness combines fitness, thermal, recovery, and lifestyle retail into a seamless journey. Designed to be approachable and results-driven, it serves as a daily hub for building resilience, restoring balance, and supporting whole-person well-being.

Guesthouse Building Rules

No Smoking: The Lakeview Guesthouse is a smoke-free property, including all units and common areas.

Guest Limit: Please adhere to the maximum guest occupancy for your unit. No unauthorized overnight guests.

Common Areas: Be courteous in shared spaces. Keep noise low and clean up after yourself.

Pet Policy: Dogs only; maximum of 2 per unit. Each dog must weigh under 75 lbs. Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and never left unattended outside of the unit. No cats or other animals are permitted. Guesthouse visitors will be assessed a $75 pet fee.
The following dog breeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf-Hybrid.
Guest Responsibilities

Check-Out: Please remove all trash, run dishwasher and ensure doors/windows are locked.

Cooking: Use only the appliances provided and ensure good ventilation. Open flames are not permitted. There are fire extinguishers in each hall.

Trash & Recycling: Trash compactors are located in front of rooms 302/402. To open, push button and twist handle. Close when completed.

Troubleshooting: If the Wi-Fi isn’t working, try unplugging the router for 30 seconds and reconnecting.
